  Depending on the characteristics of the packed product and also the expectations about the packaging material the foil can be as follows:

  The thickness of each layer (specified in microns 1 my = 0,01 mm) varies depending on the characteristics of the packed product.

  As the packaging films can be easily printed, their role has become much more than just protecting the goods: they sell them.

  By its quick and continuous improvement in print quality, flexo printing stands the most attractive printing procedure by checking the price / quality ratio. Recent studies show the absolute dominance of the flexo printing in North America (over 70% of total printed materials), and a significant growth in the European market compared to expensive but still higher quoted rotogravure printing.

  Flexo printed packaging materials have an important contribution to the success of the products on the markets.

  In case of the multi-layered films the design is usually printed between the layers. In such cases one of the materials (mainly the one from the outside) is printed and it is laminated with the other materials given in the specification. This way of printing excludes the possibility of damaging the print during transport or in the shops.

  We can supply films printed with 1 -8 colours. We use analogue plates for direct colour prints, and digital ones for photo-quality designs.
